1. Rider must be a member of ODS and RCC at the time the scores are earned. 2. Horse must be registered with RCC at the time scores are earned. 3. Rider ( NOT parent or guardian ) must accumulate at least 2 hours of volunteer time with RCC to be eligible for year end awards. This time may be earned at a show or clinic or other RCC events throughout the year. 4. A score from the highest test at that level must be included in the scores used to determine the median. 5. Minimum of 5 tests from 3 judges must be included in the scores used to determine the median. 6. Scores from any ODS recognized schooling show are eligible; however, scores earned in Schooling Show Championships or other classes in which entries are restricted on the basis of qualification shall not be used. 7. At least 1 score must be earned at an RCC show. 8. All scores reported to ODS will be used to calculate the year end median score. 9. Scores, as reported to ODS, will be used for RCC schooling shows awards. Show results are posted in the ODS Newsletter and/or on the ODS website. If a score has been recorded incorrectly, the Rider shall submit a copy of the actual test sheet to the RCC awards committee as soon as the error is discovered. 10. Median scores for RCC Recognized Show Awards will those calculated by the ODS Awards Committee, unless no USDF score sheet is turned into the ODS committee. In that case, the rider must submit a copy of their USDF score to the RCC Awards Committee by December 15. ( The time may vary from year to year, depending on when RCC has its award party.) |
