| Lesson Cancellations: 24 hour notice is required to cancel a lesson without penalty. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged as a lesson and may not be rescheduled. Cancelled lessons should be re-scheduled for the current week. If unable to makeup a lesson during the week, two lessons should be scheduled for the following week. Understanding that emergencies arise, we will allow only two late cancellations per year without penalty. You must call to cancel. Of course, this does not apply to mutually agreed upon cancellations due to weather, etc. PLEASE CHECK OUR LESSON AND TRAINING PAGE FOR MORE INFO or look in your 2009 Cross Timbers Handbook. |
| Lesson Packages Are offered at a reduced rate in comparison to the single lesson charge. Payment for the lesson package is due by the first lesson. If you do not receive all of your lessons during the 30 day period of time, the cost will reverts to the individual lesson fee and the remaining credit will be applied to the following month only. No cash refunds. You may cancel lessons and re-schedule them only during the current month. If you have any questions please contact us. |
